Trump’s blood oxygen level drops on October 4

US President Donald Trump recorded a sharp drop in blood oxygen saturation on the morning of October 4. This is reported by Fox News, citing White House chief of staff Mark Meadows.

“He had a high fever and the oxygen level in his blood dropped dramatically,” Meadows said.

He stressed that now the president’s condition has improved.

Earlier, during a press conference, the American leader did not answer the question whether he received oxygen, stressing that at the moment this is not required. Doctors also said that Trump is on the mend, although a source familiar with the president’s condition noted that the politician’s health raises concerns.

Prior to that, it was reported that US President Donald Trump and his wife Melania were diagnosed with a new type of coronavirus. The presidential couple passed the COVID-19 test after Trump’s adviser Hope Hicks, who accompanied him to the presidential debate in Cleveland, confirmed the coronavirus.
