U.S. veteran calls love of beer the secret of longevity

American WWII veteran Andrew Slavonic, who turned 103, drinks beer every day and is not going to stop.

The longtime veteran’s son gathered his friends, police officers, medics and firefighters to greet the veteran and salute him on his father’s anniversary.

“At his 103 years old, he still drinks his daily Coors Light. I think that’s the reason he’s lived so long,” Bob Slavonic pointed out.

It should be noted that two years ago, Andrew in a conversation with journalists has already admitted his love for beer. Then, the veteran said that for the past 15 years, every day at four o’clock in the evening sharp, he drank a can of Coors Light. A few days later, MillerCoors invited the man on a tour of the brewery and gave him a fridge with his favorite drink.
