According to the report, the US representative during the working meeting in Hawaii emphasized the need for complete transparency and information exchange to combat the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and prevent future outbreaks.
Beijing has repeatedly been criticized in Washington. In March, US President Donald Trump accused China of not informing the world community about the outbreak of coronavirus. According to him, it would be better if the authorities of other countries knew about this a few months earlier.
