Microsoft has stopped sending another bug-fixing Windows update due to bugs.

Journalists noticed that the urgent update KB5001649, recently released by the company, has been withdrawn. Users trying to install it are encountering an error. A number of owners of licensed copies of the OS have already been sent a new patch by Microsoft. Revocation of the update associated with the problems it may cause: in particular, some users have complained about the failure of the operating system after installing the update.

The material says that it is impossible to install KB5001649 because the built-in system utility cannot get the update from Microsoft servers. Journalists believe that in the near future the corporation experts will prepare a new update for all users.

The described patch was supposed to fix problems related to printing documents. In mid-March, Microsoft representatives have admitted that some users may have a problem with printing through the office equipment. In some cases, the problem causes a Blue Screen of Death (BSoD).

Users of the OS told about the breaking Windows update in early March. The failure occurs when using printers and MFPs manufactured by Kyocera, Ricoh, Zebra and other companies.
