Xiaomi smartphone got record autonomy

Xiaomi introduced the Poco M3 smartphone with record autonomy.

The new smartphone received a battery capacity of 6000 milliampere-hours. According to the manufacturer, in energy-saving mode Poco M3 can work up to five days. The battery will last two days in a typical scenario of use, and a day and a half in high power mode – for example, when watching videos and starting games. Battery life is 2.5 years without major capacity loss. The battery supports fast charging with 18 watts of power. Also, the phone can operate in external battery mode and charge other smartphones and gadgets.

Poco M3 also has a 6.53-inch IPS screen, Snapdragon 662 processor, four gigabytes of RAM and 64 or 128 gigabytes of internal memory. On the back of the device is a triple camera with 48, 2 and 2 megapixel lenses. The device has a headphone jack and FM radio.

The cost of the device starts from $149 or about 11 thousand rubles. The extended Poco M3 model with 128 gigabytes of built-in memory is valued at $169.

At the end of October Xiaomi introduced wireless charging, which allows to replenish the battery capacity of the smartphone with 80 watts. According to the company representatives, the new standard allows to fully charge the device with a battery capacity of 4000 milliampere-hours in 19 minutes.
